A stamped plate found in a drawer is recognizable as crypto storage in three seconds. A KeepCrypt object found in the same drawer reads as a battery, a fastener, or a hinge. Finding it is not the same as reading it.
Any wallet that produces a BIP39 seed phrase. Ledger, Trezor, Coldcard, BitBox, Keystone, Foundation Passport, Blockstream Jade, plus software wallets and DIY signers like SeedSigner and Krux. KeepCrypt stores the phrase, not the device.
Each Cell and each Screw holds 5 pentagon beads on a titanium post. You scribe the first 4 letters of each BIP39 word on 4 flat faces of a bead, plus a sequence notch on the 5th. The Hinge holds 12 words on a single titanium pin engraved in 12 sequential segments. To read: open the object, lay the beads or pin in order, read 4 letters per segment. Setup takes about 15 minutes per pack. Each pack ships with practice pieces and a carbide pen.
Every pack includes practice beads. The carbide pen is forgiving on Ti Grade 2: mis-strikes are visible immediately, and you re-do that bead before threading. If you damage a real bead after engraving, replacement blank beads are $19 per 5-pack. The Cell and Screw are reusable, the body is unchanged, you swap in fresh beads. The Hinge uses a 12-segment titanium pin core; replacement pins are $79.
Yes. Titanium Grade 2 melts at 1668°C, SS 304 at 1400°C. Both sit above a fully developed room fire, which runs 700 to 1200°C (NFPA 921).
